I just want to say what an honor it was to share the field of battle with all of you. I am humbled to be a part of this organization and I look forward to playing with you folks again next year in Vail if not sooner. Best wishes to everyone for the remainder of 2010 and stay healthy. Navy Rocks!!

I would like to throw my hat in the ring as next years "off season conditioning coach" and onsite "stretching coordinator". Being the stupid novice this year learning that over 40 means "your not 20" also means some work getting ready and more stretching than ever. Heinz Lentz always said "good morning 87". I say "good morning old goats".

Glad to see things are off on a better foot this time around. Sabrina and I are rooting for you all the way. Please keep the updates coming as we are...err, okay, I am...living my life precariously through you guys these days!

There in spirit!

I have been observing with great interest our 20th anniversary rendezvous soon to arrive in Vail. Keeping a low profile has its benefits, but I do miss being a central figure in organizing all of the many aspects required to bring everyone together for a memorable event. Hats off to Jim for his continual commitment to connect the threads year in and year out to maintain the fabric of our traditions. His contribution cannot be matched.

Congrats to both teams for gutting it out every day against teams with bigger numbers. My first time in Vail was an awesome experience, an absolute pleasure, and I feel very privileged to have had the opportunity to hang out with and practice with the Goats. Your camaraderie and teamwork is a joy to witness. It's very impressive for any team to attend 20 out of the 38 years in Vail. But to string together 20 consecutive years is remarkable. And I doubt any team in attendance has half of the swag that the Goats bring to the event. And I know NO team has their own wine!

I hope the BBQ was up to everyone's standards and enjoyed by all. It was a pleasure to get the chance to be there for the picnic. I look forward to my next trip to Vail with the Goats. I don't know how Jim and Jackie accomplished all that they did. Outstanding from start to finish.
